My integrative approach combines various modalities, including bodywork/massage, energy balancing, intuitive readings, and dance classes.

My Story
My professional journey is rooted in a lifetime of diverse experiences and a deep connection to the natural world. I often express that I have lived many lifetimes in this current one I am living. From a young age, I was a highly sensitive and anxious child, aware of my natural gifts of clairsentience and claircognizance, and raised in a catholic household. While unintentional on the part of my elders, my catholic upbringing was not always in alignment with my spiritual truth. I acknowledge that both were necessary for the seeds to be planted for my calling in the intuitive healing arts.
I began my formal education as a dance and theater major at KSU, where I developed a profound appreciation and curiosity for anatomy and body's expressive potential. My career path took various turns, including eight years in graphic design (I create inspiring t-shirts!), 3 years of supervising, teaching dance and swimming lessons and car sales. I spent some joyous and precious time as a stay at home Mama raising my boys and in a life changing moment of survival AND inspiration, I returned to school for massage therapy in 2015.
As life brought many challenges, I immersed myself in studying relationship dynamics, spirituality, PTSD, death and dying, and psychology. I graduated in 2017 from Wellspring School of Allied Health. From there I began working various massage gigs and found a place in an apprenticeship for lymphatic massage and visceral manipulation. I am passionate about all types of massage and bodywork but my passion is with my "soul alchemy massage" where I am able to infuse sound healing using specific playlists, singing bowls, and tuning forks to create a sound emersion experience during massage sessions.
My passion for helping others has always been at the forefront of my life’s purpose. I now offer multiple healing modalities (keys to unlock the light within each of us).
I firmly believe that we are unique beings who need multiple options to assist in our wellbeing. Balancing my professional life with sole (soul) parenting one of my two boys and co-parenting the other continues to expand my personal and professional growth and allows for even more compassion and empathy towards others.
I have profound empathy and compassion for others rooted in my personal experiences, including assisting my mother, father, and uncle through their dying processes, walking through the heartache of baby loss, and domestic violence. My mission is to help clients feel better and provide them with keys for their life’s journey, inspired by my connection to the divine and nature. I am committed to being inclusive and welcoming to all creeds, religions, genders, and backgrounds, ensuring that everyone feels safe, valued and respected. ALL of my life experiences have shaped me into a compassionate and skilled practitioner.
A cornerstone of my life is my very close relationship with my siblings, who also share intuitive abilities and careers in holistic healing. This familial bond and shared spiritual connection greatly enrich my personal and professional life, allowing me to draw on a deep well of collective wisdom and support. I am very blessed to have my brother and sister’s in this lifetime!
Living with Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome and Lipedema has added another layer of understanding and empathy to my work. These personal health challenges have taught me resilience and the importance of self-care and they inform my approach to healing, helping me to connect more deeply with clients facing their own health struggles. My own health journey has also cultivated my passion to return to teaching dance (in and out of the water) and offering Hydrotherapy massage, as these are also keys to my own well being!
Outside of my professional life, I enjoy nature, astronomy, dancing, singing, and cooking. I participate in humorous dance challenges with my sisters, love to take walks with my boys and my soul doggy, and sing with my pet birds. Nature is my sanctuary, and I value creating deep, meaningful relationships with those I cherish, especially through deep conversation.
